Breakdown Service


The ability to provide a fast and efficient response to service calls is of paramount importance – poor comfort conditions can equate to lost productivity and downtime. 

 Entire Airconditioning provides an extensive in house service department to attend to your service needs. Our experienced in house technicians and specialist subcontractors are able to attend to any service call, diagnose the fault and undertake remedial action promptly. 

In most cases, same day attendance to service calls for existing customers is normal. If the service call cannot be rectified immediately or the repairs required are expensive, our technician will relay the required information back to a supervisor who will prepare a quotation and submit it to the customer for consideration.

We attend to all types of breakdowns including temperature complaints, water leaks, noise issues, and major plant failure.  

All service call reports are generated in software and upon completion of each service call, a report is sent to the customer in PDF format to confirm completion of works and provide a date stamped record.
